Annual Meetings

Annual Meetings are held every year between April 1 and May 15 to:

  • adopt, in odd-numbered years, a Local Program for the ensuing two years. 
  • elect Officers,Trustees, members of the Nominating Committee. 
  • adopt an adequate budget.
  • transact such other business as may properly come before it.
